Wig Coven accepts returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase, provided that the item is in its original condition.
To be eligible for return or exchange, the wig must be unworn, unwashed, and have the lace intact.
Please note that the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. There is no other restocking fees.
Please note that custom fitted and custom colored units are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
Custom color refers to situations where the buyer provides their own photos or design and requests a color match for the wig.
Custom fitting refers to cases where the buyer provides their own measurements, resulting in a made-to-order, non-standard cap.
All sales are final for custom color and custom fitting orders.

However, any repairs required due to buyer errors, such as inaccurate measurements or a change of mind, will result in additional fees.
Yes, our pieces are glueless, meaning you do not need to glue or tape down your Wig Coven wig. Our fully glueless cap construction provides a secure fit without adhesive products. The adjustable straps ensure a customized fit, while the meticulously crafted hairline and sideburns stay put for a natural look. Enjoy the convenience and comfort of wearing your Wig Coven wig without the need for gluing or taping. However, if you choose to use adhesives, it is 100% safe to do so.
