Return and exchange

Wig Coven accepts returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item is in its original condition.
The wig must also be unwashed and have the lace intact to be eligible for return or exchange.

To request a return or exchange, the customer can contact us by Email or live chat.Β 

The return shipping label is provided by us, at no additional cost to the customer.Β 
There will be a re-stocking fee of 10%.

Custom work return and exchange

Please note that custom fitted and custom colored units are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
Custom colour refers to situations where the buyer provides their own photos or design and requests a color match for the wig.
Custom fitting refers to cases where the buyer provides their own measurements, resulting in a made-to-order, non-standard cap.
All sales are final for custom colour and custom fitting orders.

If you encounter any issues with your wig, please reach out to our support team, and we will make our best effort to address the problem.
However, any repairs required due to the buyer, such as inaccurate measurements or a change of mind, will result in additional fees.
